Perfect sample gas technology on show in Barcelona

Among PSG's highly specialised product range, the company recently introduced the latest addition to its portfolio, which will be showcased at the CEM exhibition—the MAK Basic sample gas cooler. This device was designed for a wide range of applications and uses a compressor cooler and a hot gas bypass system to maintain a constant and low output dew point (3°C ± 0.3 at constant conditions), even in high ambient temperatures of up to 50°C. In the event of overun, the cooler will trigger an alarm signal ensuring immediate, appropriate action is taken.

The heat exchanger system of the MAK Basic cooler incorporates PSG's proprietary JET Stream process, reducing the wash-out effect of water-soluble gases, such as SO2. The heat exchangers, constructed from PVDF, offer exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive gases. In addition, PSG's factory-supplied fitting connections enable seamless installation without the need for additional fittings. If necessary, the heat exchangers can be replaced without opening the housing, ensuring maximum convenience and flexibility.

PSG’s Basic product line brought established and robust solutions at an attractive price-performance ratio, by reducing its customisation options, which are available with their Plus or Process ranges, which will also feature at CEM.
