TSI have recently expanded their highly successful BlueSky™ range of outdoor environmental air quality monitors with the launch of the BlueSky™ Air Quality Monitor Model 8145. This model is ideal for end users who are looking for dependable yet economical gas sensors for carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and ozone (O3), particulate matter (PM) mass concentrations, barometric pressure (BP), relative humidity (RH) and temperature.

The COVID-19 pandemic and recent coverage of climate conditions that affect ground-level ozone levels or fuel wildfires has heightened awareness and concern about the quality of both indoor and outdoor air. TSI’s BlueSky™ Air Quality Monitor enables operators to monitor localised air pollution economically, effectively and where it matters most. Solar power and cellular accessories provide constant, dependable access to the Cloud. This versatile device allows operators to manage, share, and inspect their data quickly and easily – wherever they may be. 

The instruments were designed with environmental organisations, municipalities, government agencies, and community watch groups in mind. TSI’s many years of experience in environmental monitoring have been put into good use and enabled them to produce economical, yet high quality devices to assist in precisely locating  sources of air pollutants from particulate matter to CO2, O3 and others, in real-time. These monitors are easy to install and are IoT-enabled as standard, to provide a comprehensive solution with the capability to transmit data on-the-spot to the Cloud-based TSI Link™ Solutions for remote viewing on an interactive map. TSI Link™  enables operators to manage their devices as well as view air quality data 24/7 from anywhere; it also offers multiple integration opportunities via API.

Operators can connect multiple monitors for a broader reach of data accuracy, when monitoring a larger area,  analysing, storing and sharing actionable information to ensure compliance with local, national and international health and safety standards. These devices enable operators to maintain data integrity, designate custom calibration factors and zero gas sensors manually; each unit includes self-diagnostics to monitor sensor performance and notify users of any issues.
