Alongside this we have articles from around the world including Australia with “Fast On-Site Mine Safety Analysis using a Micro Gas Chromatograph” looking into safety with Gas Detection in mines. Our focus this issue is on Aerosols and particulate monitoring. Professor Ian Colbeck from the University of Essex has looked into the changing requirements for aerosol measurements.
