Make the right decisions faster during your disinfection control and hygiene monitoring processes for food & beverage manufacturing
Make the right decisions faster during your disinfection control and hygiene monitoring processes for food & beverage manufacturing.
Hygiene monitoring, in-process testing and disinfection control – regardless of what you call this step it remains critical in ensuring the safety of your product. Join our webinar to learn the importance of Disinfection control of your production sites.
Attention to hygiene during the manufacture of food and beverage products is paramount due to the ever-present risk of dangerous microorganisms that can cause foodborne illness by infection or intoxication.
Equally thorough disinfection control testing of filling and processing equipment must also be conducted to ensure that disinfectant residues do not remain and subsequently contaminate the final food and beverage products.
In this session, Andrew Blackwell, Dr. Saskia Neubacher and Joy Cruz from Merck KGaA will introduce you to the advantages of:
- The importance of Disinfection Control
- How to quickly analyze chemical disinfectant parameters to ensure the safety of your production line after disinfection
- How to manage reliable surface and hygiene monitoring
Who should attend?
Laboratory managers, quality control professionals, lab chemists, simply everybody that is interested in Disinfection control! Join us!
