Laboratories tasked with analysing environmental samples can enjoy the trouble-free and automated analysis of phenol index, total/free cyanide, total phosphate, total nitrogen, ammonia, nitrate and a host of other contaminants with Skalar’s state-of-the-art range of SAN++® continuous flow analysers.

The SAN++® continuous flow analyser delivers bespoke models to suit your lab’s specific needs. The SAN++® series delivers precise, reliable, and fully automated low-level analysis for various water/wastewater analytical applications aided by sophisticated features such as versatile autosamplers, advanced chemistry modules, and seamless software integration.

This versatile instrument will enable environmental labs to achieve a throughput of 30 and 140 analyses per hour, depending on the application. SAN++® provides operators with the most accurate and cost-effective way to analyse the most extensive range of sample types. Daily workloads above 800 samples and more are easily automated; the SAN++® can analyse as many as 16 parameters per sample, simultaneously or sequentially, at sub-ppb to high ppm levels. This precise, modular and customisable analyser features highly advanced automated techniques, such as unique implementations of in-line digestion, dialysis, distillation, and ion exchange. The SAN++® uses methods that are in compliance with globally recognised standards including ISO, EPA, Standard Methods, EBC, ASBC, AOAC, Coresta and others.

The SAN++® series range consists of the SAN++® Compact, SAN++® Classic and SAN++® Advanced. Each model provides fully automatic and accurate colorimetric analysis and features the latest continuous flow analysis technologies. There is a SAN++® to suit every environmental lab. The SAN++® Compact, as its name suggests, is the most space-efficient analyser, the SAN++® Classic is the perfect choice for simultaneous analysis of multiple parameters, while the SAN++® Advanced is the highest-capacity instrument of series, with extensive and extended capabilities.

An advanced range of autosamplers complements Skalar’s SAN++® series. Based on the sample workload, there is an autosampler that fits the criteria of every environmental laboratory. Operators can set up the analytical chemistry modules with automatic sample preparation features, including in-line dialysis, digestion, and distillation for complex applications, providing the lab with a higher level of automation and enhanced convenience of operation.

A combination of superb detection capabilities supported by advanced software makes the SAN++® the most sophisticated but easy-to-use fully automated system on the market.
