Ultra Trace Determination of 31 Pesticides in Water Samples

A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)-based method for the detection of pesticides in tap and treat wastewater was developed and validated by Labaqua (Spain) according to the ISO / IEC 17025:1999. Key features of this method include direct injection of 100µL of sample, an 11 min separation by means of a rapid resolution liquid chromatography system with a 4.6mm×50mm, 1.8µm particle size reverse phase column and detection by electrospray ionization (ESI) MS–MS.
