Water Quality Monitoring Instrumentation Company appoints New Chief Executive

The water quality monitoring instrumentation company Intellitect Water (UK), has announced the appointment of Steve Willis as Chief Executive. Steve will take charge of all day to day operations during August and will be based at the company’s facility in Romsey, Hampshire, UK.
Intellitect Water’s current Chief Executive Tony Halker will manage the transfer of operational responsibilities over the next few months, after which he will remain a Director of both the operating and holding companies.
Steve Willis started his career in the water industry as an engineer in water treatment systems. This developed into sales leadership roles in a variety of SMEs and his most recent position was European Managing Director of Futec, a manufacturer of process automation solutions.
Tony Halker commented, “This appointment comes at a good time for the business as it coincides with increased sales of the second generation Intellisonde and further investments from Pemberstone Ventures, the major shareholder in Intellitect Water Holdings.
“I am pleased to welcome Steve to the team and look forward to utilising his considerable experience to further develop Intellitect Water’s success.”
