The SafEye Quasar 900 Open Path Gas Detector is a high performance, high reliability gas detector, providing continuous monitoring for combustible hydrocarbon gases such as methane, propane, ethylene, butane, etc.
Encased in a rugged, stainless steel, ATEX and IECEx approved housing, the Quasar 900 is able to detect at distances of up to 660ft (200m) in the harshest of environments. The transmitter uses the Spectrex patented Xenon Flash to minimize false alarms which, together with the receiver, provides high quality, reliable flame detection. A wide range of accessories are available to suit every application.
The SafEye Quasar 900 holds a variety of hazardous Ex, performance, functional and reliability approvals, including ATEX, IECEx, FM, SIL2 and more.
