The TOC-903-X5 is the perfect solution for a huge variety of applications from petrochemical sites to offshore platforms, to wastewater treatment facilities. The 5-port housing makes for easy installation and wiring and our 2-Wire Addressable technology and Sentinel+^TM software provide your detector with the modular flexibility it needs to accommodate external devices. You can also daisy-chain multiple detectors across an application to provide accurate, reliable, distributed monitoring on one 2-core cable.

While our 2-Wire Addressable setup facilitates easy installation and provides up to 80% savings on wiring costs, the TOC-903-X5’s optional standalone functionality also accommodates integration into your existing setup as a controller for your other daisy-chained detectors or external devices with your existing 4-20mA wiring.

Ease of Use

Easily carry out one-person non-intrusive calibration with our Magnetic Wand. This works as a stylus allowing you to access the controls through the protective casing.  With the Magnetic Wand, personnel can safely perform a one-person calibration in ATEX-zoned areas without hot works permits.

Our At-a-Glance status indicator offers an immediate indication of the status of the environment and the LED indication system is bright enough to be visible even in dim and dusty conditions. The alert system is as intuitive as it could possibly be - a green smile means all is well, a red frown indicates a hazard and an orange frown signifies a fault.

While the Plug-and-Play sensors enable simultaneous dual-detection of different gases The TOC-903-X5 can detect over 400 gases and vapours and with our Plug-and-Play sensors you can automatically update the system to monitor whichever hazardous gases may be present in your application, which means maintenance is just as straightforward as installation.
