Gas detection
Join IET at SENSOR+TEST 2024!
Mar 22 2024
If you’re a reader of International Environmental Technology interested in gas detection, why not join IET at SENSOR+TEST 2024 in Nuremberg, Germany from 11th to 13th June?
Every year, SENSOR+TEST brings together all major sensor companies and around 5,000 attendees, around a third of whom are from either Europe, America, Asia or Africa, to showcase all of the latest technologies and innovations in sensing. On the exhibition floor, you’ll find sensors, sensor elements, measuring equipment and software, systems for automotive and aeronautical engineering, materials testing, laboratory measuring equipment, calibration systems – and much more! Typically, those encouraged to attend are developers, designers, engineers and technicians who want tailored advice or solutions for a wide range of applications as well as decision-makers looking to source first-class products and services.
But that's not all. At SENSOR+TEST 2024, you’ll also have access to what they call Forums – over 30, in fact, with additional pre-recorded talks that you can access digitally whenever you’d like. These Forums are opportunities for exhibitors to really show off their products and services, running you all of the specs and presenting case studies of applications. Almost all of the presentations will be conducted in English, with a minority in German. And what’s more, because SENSOR+TEST is passionate about facilitating career development, especially for young people, visitors can book free half-hour sessions with HR professionals to get the most up-to-date and useful advice for their sector as well as attend Job Lounges to network with prospective employers.
If you’re eager to dive deeper into the latest in measurement, the European Test and Telemetry Conference (ETTC) will be held parallel with SENSOR+TEST for the sixth time. Although entry will require an additional fee, this international platform for telemetry, test instrumentation, and data processing will bring together experts from aerospace, aviation, automotive, and other industries to discuss a range of topics and showcase a range of products, including sensors, systems, and methods that must evolve drastically to meet the demand for safe and efficient testing of new energies.
With all of these benefits, it would seem a shame to miss SENSOR+TEST 2024 – but what about getting there? Nuremberg sits at a crucial junction in Europe’s high-speed rail network, boasting direct routes from Paris, Copenhagen, Zurich and Milan, with domestic standard, express and international trains (ICE, IC and EC) each arriving at hourly intervals. On arrival at Nuremberg Central Station, the metro will get you to the exhibition hall in just under 10 minutes. If you’d prefer to fly, Nuremberg Airport is one of Germany’s busiest, and 80% of its 60 flights each day are international, with direct services from Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, Abu Dhabi, Athens and Istanbul. The best part is that when you touch down, you’re only about 20 minutes from the exhibition hall by metro!
International Environmental Technology will be exhibiting in Hall 1 at Booth 163. To learn more and to register for the event, click here. See you there!
