New videos on advanced CEMS
Jun 14 2017
Gasmet, in conjunction with its UK subsidiary Quantitech, has published a series of videos that highlight the performance levels provided by the Gasmet CEMS IIe FTIR continuous emissions analyser. There are four videos in the series which provide: a summary of the performance advantages of the system, a description of the modular components, an overview of the data display and management system, and an explanation of the ancillary monitors that Quantitech is able to include in the integrated systems which it builds in the UK.
Following testing at TÜV, the CEMS II e has successfully completed EN 15267-3 testing using FTIR technology for the analysis of a wide range of gases including low range HF, low range NO, Methane and Formaldehyde. Both the Gasmet CEMS and the portable version of the same FTIR technology, the DX4000, have MCERTS approval (Certificate Sira MC 030014/09). The MCERTS certificate affirms the instruments’ high levels of performance across wide measurement ranges for CO, NO, SO2, NO2, N2O, HCl, NH3, H2O, HF, CO2, O2, CH4 and CHOH.
Gasmet’s MCERTS certificate also provides information on the low levels of measurement uncertainty that is delivered in conjunction with a remarkable maintenance interval of six months. In addition, the company’s continuous product development programme has also resulted in a doubling of the sensitivity of the company’s FTIR instruments over the last three years.
The new videos provide an opportunity to learn more about the advantages of Gasmet FTIR and can be viewed on Gasmet.com or the Gasmet YouTube Channel.
