Gas Analyser

Versatile and innovative gas analysis technology to be exhibited in Barcelona

SWTechnology will be showcasing its versatile range of gas analysers, including the innovative qLDX, qOXY, and qCOMB systems, at the upcoming  CEM exhibition.

The highlight of SWTechnology's exhibit will be the qLDX gas analyser (pictured), designed for the continuous monitoring of NH3, HCL and H2O gases. Incorporating state-of-the-art Tunable Diode Laser Spectrometry (TDLS), the qLDX system provides operators with outstanding accuracy and selectivity, virtually eliminating cross-sensitivity with other gases. The innovative and patented measurement principle employed by qLDX eliminates the necessity for a physical reference channel, providing operators with dependable and precise gas measurements. With a long lifespan of over 10 years, rapid response times, and low power consumption options, the qLDX analyser ensures cost-effective and efficient gas monitoring. Additionally, its user-friendly touchscreen and navigation keyboard, along with three access levels for operator, engineer, and servicing, make it a highly accessible solution for various applications.

The qOXY gas analyser, another highlight of SWTechnology's stand, is designed for the continuous monitoring of O2. Built around a highly robust, accurate, and reliable Zirconium probe sensor, the qOXY system eliminates the need for a physical reference channel. This advanced technology enables the sensor to operate effectively in various environments, including those with high temperatures, humidity, and oxygen pressures. With its extractive system and standard 19" rack design, the qOXY gas analyser offers ease of installation and maintenance, making it a preferred choice for selective detection and monitoring of gases.

In addition to the qLDX and qOXY analysers, SWTechnology will also showcase the economical qCOMB system, a comprehensive solution for monitoring CO and O2 in combustion processes. The qCOMB system features a five-year data recording capability on a USB stick with automatic internal backup, ensuring accurate and reliable data storage. Equipped with a filter, suction pump, and Peltier cooler, the qCOMB system simplifies installation by using fast-connect removable sockets for electrical connections. The device also offers various connectivity options, including Ethernet 10/100 socket, WiFi connectivity, FTP file transfer, Windows file sharing, and Remote VNC connection.
