New Three Chamber Continuous Polyelectrolyte Batching Preparation Units
Jan 01 2000
The polypropylene tanks are hydraulically interconnected. Their cylindrical shape is critical to the design and performance of the system. They are extremely stable and do not require additional reinforcement, reducing the weight and transport costs for the
system. In addition mixing is more efficient and, importantly, cost savings in manufacture can be passed on to the customer.
Capable of producing 0.05 to 0.5% flocculant dosing solutions, the ATR range is available in three sizes, with batch quantities of 400, 1000 and 2000 l/hour and is equipped with a control cabinet for fully automatic control of the complete system. The systems are supplied complete with a dry feeder with drive motor, metering pipe heating
and powder hopper with plug-in cover. A wetting system for flushing- in and wetting of the powder includes a wetting cone, flow meter and fitting kit for the in-line water. Two slow running agitators are also supplied.
