Cost-effective Total Nitrogen Analysis

In order to measure total nitrogen content, users have traditionally had to perform a total Kjeldahl nitrogen (ammonia, organic and reduced nitrogen) test, a nitrate test and a nitrite analysis, then take the sum of all three to obtain the total value. This method is hazardous, generates waste, it takes a minimum of 2.5 hrs to complete, and any errors in each separate test will be compounded in the result.
