Cost-effective Total Nitrogen Analysis
Feb 13 2019
In order to measure total nitrogen content, users have traditionally had to perform a total Kjeldahl nitrogen (ammonia, organic and reduced nitrogen) test, a nitrate test and a nitrite analysis, then take the sum of all three to obtain the total value. This method is hazardous, generates waste, it takes a minimum of 2.5 hrs to complete, and any errors in each separate test will be compounded in the result. The spectrophotometric total nitrogen test kit is fast, easy to use, safer, more accurate and more cost effective than the traditional method.
