Fully Automated Water Analysis with Laboratory Robot
Jul 22 2013
Meet AllPhred. From sample preparation to documentation, the 3900 laboratory robot reliably analyses key waste water parameters, including chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus and total nitrogen, working around the clock.
The AP 3900 laboratory robot is modular in its construction and can be expanded to adopt other methods where required. Up to ten samples with six different parameters are processed in parallel. All work steps are optimally coordinated in terms of time and are integrated within one another. This saves valuable labour time, freeing up new capacity in laboratory analysis.
Where required, samples are diluted in an automated process or subjected to repeated analysis in a different measuring range. It is possible to attach other samples during the analysis process, or to work through samples according to priority. This ensures flexibility and a quick response at all times.
The relevant information about the samples is recorded using the intuitive software. All information regarding the status and cycle can be called up with a click of the mouse during the analyses. Together with the Hach Lange (UK) cuvette tests used, the AP 3900 ensures optimum transparency and satisfies the most exacting requirements.
Even with the basic version, the purchase pays off, even with thirty measurements per day. The Hach Lange technical field service team analyse the specific situation of a laboratory and calculate the corresponding potential for savings.
