Globally acclaimed emission monitoring specialists return to CEM Conference
Jul 19 2023
Since first opening its doors in 1995, Fuji Electric France has built a solid reputation as a reliable partner for customers across a diverse range of industrial sectors in the EMEA region. As a highly reputable provider of pioneering emission monitoring instrumentation, Fuji Electric France will once again participate at the CEM Exhibition and Conference, where they will showcase their in-demand technology to visitors and delegates.
The excellent reputation of Fuji Electric France in the emission monitoring market has been earned by the exceptional performance and reliability of its instrumentation. By combining state-of-the-art technology with their global logistics network, Fuji Electric delivers customised solutions for energy-intensive industries, including manufacturing and information, factory automation, data and logistics centres.
At the CEM Exhibition and Conference, Fuji Electric France will feature its Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS), an in-demand solution that provides long-term and superior stability for industrial emission monitoring. The Fuji CEMS performs simultaneous measurement of up to 14 components in flue gas, offering a comprehensive and precise view of emissions to their customers. This advanced system is capable of continuous monitoring of gas emissions for a wide variety of sectors including natural gas, fuel, coal, and biomass combustion plants, as well as diverse industrial processes. Key components measured include CO, CO2, NOX, N2O, SO2, NH3, HCl, CH4, O2, humidity and dusts.
The Fuji CEMS include high-performance NDIR gas analysers, an oxygen analyser, and a specially designed, outstanding level sample probe and gas conditioning system. These CEMS are meticulously developed and designed and then consistently upgraded with the most contemporary technologies to ensure compliance with stringent European and local environmental regulations. The Data Acquisition and Handling System (Fuji DAHS) collects the output and records emissions data from the CEMS systems (Fuji CEMS), providing a comprehensive insight for analysis and reporting.
Fuji Electric France's CEMS has achieved QAL1 certification by TÜV in accordance with EN 14181, EN ISO 14956, and EN 15267 standards. Visitors to CEM 2023 will have a great opportunity to discuss their exact CEMS needs with Fuji’s expert team heading to Barcelona.
