Extended range of CEMS and compact ambient air analysis systems to be unveiled at Achema
May 31 2018
The JCT family has grown with the recent arrival in April of their new acquisition; mlu-recordum Environmental Monitoring Solutions GmbH Austria, manufacturer of the airpointer®,the first compact ambient air analysis system.
With this acquisition JCT Analysentechnik GmbH, an already hugely successful manufacturers of gas sampling components for emission (CEMS) and process gas monitoring systems, are now among the world’s leading manufacturers of compact ambient air analysis systems.
JCT Analysentechnik GmbH’s product portfolio has continued on its path of strategic growth. At the upcoming Achema exhibition they will display a selection of their extended range. This will include the o JHEX-4, their new, optimised heat exchanger for JCT’s sample gas coolers and sample gas conditioning systems. The JHEX-4 combines a low pressure drop with, most important of all, an extremely low washout rate for water-soluble components, mainly SO2 and NO2. The JHEX-4 can be used in almost all of JCT’s sample gas coolers and sample gas conditioning systems.
Visitors to Achema can also see the o JCT-5 Ex: This proven sample gas compressor cooler is now certified according to ATEX for Zone 1 and 2. The JCT-5 Ex combines compact design with a very high sample gas flow of up to 500 Nl/h in each gas path with a maximum of 4 parallel gas paths.
Also on show will be the o JES-360 patented gas sampling probe which offers operators the highest performance requirements. The probe is heated up to 315°C (600°F) making it an ideal sampling system for high-temperature NH3 analysers. The o JES-360 also features a pre-filter back flush so it is perfectly designed for raw gas monitoring, in tough situations such as upstream of DeNOx-scrubbers or for CO monitoring upstream of the economiser at dust concentration of more than 1000 g/Nm³.
For more than 25 years JCT Analysentechnik GmbH has been a leading manufacturer of gas sampling and gas sample conditioning systems for continuous gas analysers. The company is headquartered in its manufacturing facility in Wiener Neustadt, Austria and with subsidiaries and joint ventures in China, Singapore, India and Poland, as well as a network of worldwide sales and service partners.
