Air quality monitoring
Air quality monitoring for multiple environmental conditions
Jan 17 2025
AirSENCE from AUG Signals, is an advanced, accurate and affordable air quality monitoring device designed to provide accurate, reliable measurements of key air pollutants and GHGs (e.g., CO, CO2, NOx, O3, SO2, H2S, CH4, VOC, NH3, PM1, PM2.5, PM10) alongside metrics like AQI, AQHI, and environmental parameters (wind, rainfall, noise, solar/UV radiation). AirSENCE offers high spatial resolution data and is suitable for diverse environments such as urban, suburban, rural, industrial areas, highways, and smart cities.
Key features include multi-pollutant tracking, zero calibration, long sensor life, low maintenance, and ease of operation. The unique sensor array architecture, circuitry, and modelling overcome sensor degradation challenges. AirSENCEās on-device processing capabilities allow for real-time data analysis, with several options for online and offline data access. It also supports multiple power sources, including grid, solar, and battery, ensuring flexibility in various settings.
Proven over a decade of successful deployment across 24 countries, AirSENCE has demonstrated its robustness under different network connectivity and environmental conditions, from cold climates in Alberta to hot regions in India, to dry desert areas in Mexico, and humid cities in China, India and west coast of Canada. Its applications range from urban air quality monitoring to early wildfire detection, smart city infrastructure, and industrial monitoring.
