The era of analogue service measurements is coming to an end, as digital methods are increasingly in demand. Service technicians need digital measurement reports (for example: in PDF format) not only for documentation purposes but also protection against possible, future claims for damages.
With this in mind, Systronik developed the modular CAPBs® which takes the requisite measurements and stores the information in a way that ensures that all the necessary data is readily available. One variant, for example, is the set for measuring tightness and load testing of gas pipes, water pipes, underfloor heating systems or other systems. With the CAPBs® d-set PT70, measurements, adjustment work and associated documentation can be completed quickly, efficiently and precisely.
The final results are effortlessly transferred to a smartphone or tablet via QR code. Thanks to the free EuroSoft® live app, service technicians can subsequently add customer data, photos as well as signatures and save or share the final PDF measurement report via various communication apps. The ready-to-use set is delivered in a robust L-Boxx and includes the universally applicable evaluation unit CAPBs® device, as well as the CAPBs® sens PT70 sensor unit. The PT70 pressure transmitter is suitable for all pressure measurements with liquid, gaseous or aggressive media. For further measuring tasks, the set can be expanded as required with additional CAPBs® sensor units and accessories
