Innovative Coating Solutions for CEM Systems
Apr 06 2016
SilcoTek offers innovative coating solutions for CEM systems.
The company’s silicon-based CVD-coatings are specially adapted for inertness to highly reactive compounds in the analysis of trace levels of sulphurs, mercury etc. in emissions.
The CVD process introduces proprietary process gases into a special oven. The gas penetrates everywhere and provides a thin, uniform coating layer on complex geometries and the smallest holes.
Treated surfaces are non-reactive, temperature stable up to 450°C and wear-resistant, and therefore a great alternative to fluoropolymers like PTFE or PFA.
For further information please visit SilcoTek at CEM 2016, Stand 41.
