The New Heated Filter
Jul 07 2012
JCT Analysentechnik GmbH (Austria) recently introduced a heated filter for mounting in analyser houses. The design is based on the famous JES 301 heated sampling probe.
The JBF 301L reliably removes dust particles from the sample gas in applications where the filter is not placed at the stack or where additional filtering is needed. This ensures that no particles go to the system or to a hot analyser.
A high power self limited heating element ensures that the gas reaches the analyser unchanged also in rough ambient conditions. The operating temperature of 180°C also avoids corrosion and condensation inside the filter.
Additionally the heated filter comes with a low temperature alarm contact for remote monitoring. The proven JCT connection system from the heated filter to JCTs JH3F heated hoses ensures no cold spots and no condensation at the junctions. The optional second sample outlet makes it possible to split the gas flow.
Due to an intelligent product design the JBF 301L offers easy, tool free and convenient maintenance. As a result the price performance ratio during the lifetime is outstanding.
