Versatile Gas Generator for Calibration

The gas generator for calibration, ETG CAL G 100, from ETG Risorse (Italy), is designed to be extremely versatile and easy to use. Through the HMI the user will be able to generate the desired concentration, with many possibilities and options, such as dilution and moisture, in addition to being able to generate the gas from different sources, such as the oven to permeation or the appropriate input for the calibration cylinder.

The software automatically calculates the concentration emitted from the instrument with extreme precision, thanks to the installed 2 Mass Flow Controller.

The instrument also monitors humidity and temperature of the gas inside the instrument and ambient temperature , with the temperature of the permeation oven controlled by microprocessor.

The calibrator ETG has been fully wired (the components in contact with the gas, such as pipes and valves) with non-reactive technical material posessing a low coefficient of friction, such as PTFE and PFA, for specific uses in the laboratory. The ETG CAL G 100  is very user-friendly, and is driven by an ARM processor.

The user friendly interface can to allow users to: select if they want to dilute the reference gas through a permeation tube or a gas cylinder, select if they want to dilute or use directly the concentration from the gas cylinder or the permeation tube, select the dilution ratio, select if you need to generate a dry or wet gas, select which kind of compound you need to generate (by an internal library user made), select the gas concentration (using the permeation) and the flow (using the gas cylinder), data record by .CSV file, calibrator could be remote in the users network.
