Reliable and Versatile Two-Component Analyser
Mar 06 2013
The AMS 6000 from AMS (Analysen-, Mess- und Systemtechnik) GmbH (Germany) is suitable for measuring traces of oxygen and one other parameter such as Co, H2 or humidity. An electrochemical measuring cell is integrated for analysing O2, Co and H2. The residual moisture is determined by a ceramic sensor. Therefore it is possible to analyse more than one component at the monitoring station.
The AMS Two-Component-Analyser is equipped with electronic, pneumatically controlled components for gas removal and flow rate, installed in an electronic housing. The housing is produced according to AMS’ customers’ requirements. The AMS 6000’s numerous supplementary components include manual purge and bypass valve, sample gas pump, electronic flow monitoring, automatic calibration (remote control), automatic purging of the sensor or Ex-Zone 2 applicable. As a result of the different equipment we could deliver our analyser determined by our customer needs.
The AMS process analysers are manufactured according to stringent European standards. AMS also offer gas sample conditioning and additional analyser equipment to meet specific customer needs. Their instruments are supported by a reliable, worldwide spare parts supply though many partners located throughout the world who will also help with start-up assistance and training.
