Air Monitors Appoints Sales Manager for Scotland
Sep 30 2013
In response to recent growth in the sale of air quality monitoring systems and web-based data collection systems, Air Monitors (UK) has appointed Peter Lawson as Regional Sales Manager (Scotland).
Welcoming Peter to the company Air Monitors Managing Director Jim Mills said: “Peter has many years of experience in air quality monitoring having worked for ETI and Monitor Europe – companies that I founded in 1992 and 1998 respectively.
“He is based in central Scotland, so Peter is perfectly placed to enhance our Scottish operation, and I am delighted to welcome him back, along with six other former Monitor Europe staff.”
Air Monitors has an extensive customer base in Scotland, including a large number of local authorities, many of which have utilised the company’s ‘AQWeb’ technology which collects air quality data and makes it available in real-time via PCs, tablets and smartphones. However, Peter’s responsibilities will also include the launch of new technologies for particulate monitoring such as the FIDAS system, and for AQmesh; the low-cost, multipoint, real-time, web-enabled ambient monitors.
