Indoor Air Quality Monitoring (IAQ)

From sophisticated real time instruments that are deployed on National Networks to portable samplers and personal exposure analysers Air Monitors has the most relevant product range available in the United Kingdom.
For real time monitoring the TEOM/FDMS CB version is deployed on the AUN for the measurement of PM2.5. The TEOM with or without the FDMS is the most common instrument in use for particle measurements for the purposes of LAQM. Operation of the TEOM alone is enhanced by the Kings College Volatile Correction Method which enables comparison of data against TEOM/ FDMS data. If real time data is important, but the methodology is not, then the Aurora Nephelometer is a great compromise. For indoor air the Lighthouse 3016 IAQ does the same job. For a small instrument the 3016 is package with features including real time particle count and particle mass concentration. Light scattering instruments are useful when more than one size fraction is to be measured. Other real time instruments using similar techniques include the personal dataRAM and the ADR. As well as real time instrumentation Air Monitors has a range of particle samplers including the EU Equivalent Partisol 2000 and Partisol 2025. The Partisol is also available as a dichotomous sampler measuring PM 2.5 and the coarse fraction. Going up in size the HiVOL 3000 and the newly designed MegaVOL are samplers developed in Australia for industrial and research applications. The MegaVOL with three times more sucking power than a conventional high volume sampler can be supplied with a user selectable iodine trap for use in the nuclear industry for which it was specifically developed. Other instruments include the battery operated samplers Omni Sampler and MicroVOL : both single filter, battery operated instruments. A compact All in One weather station measuring wind speed, wind direction, temperature, pressure and relative humidity is the ideal way to add value to the data. Originally made for the US military the AIO is a robust, solid state instrument with an auto northing ultra sonic wind speed and direction sensor. Simplicity itself.
