Partech Expands Sales Team with New Recruit

Specialist manufacturer of online and portable water quality measuring equipment, Partech Instruments (UK), has appointed Oliver Puckering as Sales Engineer.

Oliver takes responsibility for Field Sales in Southern England and will provide internal sales and customer support for the St Austell (Cornwall) based company which is synonymous with quality and reliability in the water treatment and monitoring industry.

He takes up the newly-created position following four and a half years at Modern Water plc, initially in Bangor and subsequently in the head office at Guildford. His role as Process and Senior Process Engineer took him across the world managing projects in China, France, Germany, Spain and Belgium, together with site management and operation in Gibraltar and Oman. As well as extensive water and wastewater treatment and monitoring experience, Oliver brings with him a PhD and Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales in Swansea and a strong research and development background.

Angus Fosten, Sales and Marketing Director at Partech Instruments, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Oliver to Partech. His wide experience, industry knowledge and passion will be a credit to us as we expand our distribution network and further enhance our customer service standards for which we are renowned.”

Oliver adds: “There are many factors that make Partech such an impressive and attractive company to join and I am hugely excited to be working with Angus and the rest of the team to further develop the commercial side of the business. I have been pursuing  a move to the South West for some time, and the chance to achieve this through joining Partech was too good an opportunity to miss. I am already thriving being part of the customer orientated culture which I have long admired at Partech.”
