Gas Detection
Gas Sampling Equipment meets Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU)
Jun 25 2012
DRM Technic (UK) is pleased to announce that we have won the project to upgrade the gas sample conditioning components for a major UK CCGT type gas fired power station, enabling future implementation to IED (2010/75/EU).
The project includes provision to replace the existing “front end” sampling for two stacks at the 800MWe station. The existing equipment, which was coming to the end of its life, was starting to create loss of measurement performance for the analysis systems which is unacceptable to EN14181 and the operators own in-house quality systems.
The operator chose DRM Technic because of the high level of experience in these types of projects and the ability to provide exactly the required equipment whilst fully meeting their budgetary constraints and legal obligations.
DRM Technic is a leading supplier of gas conditioning equipment to the UK market. We do not offer gas analysis systems or provide systems integration; we do provide technical expertise and components for standard or difficult gas sampling systems and work closely with our clients to achieve the best price/performance ratio for each project. We generally work closely with the analyser manufacturers and systems integration companies.
In addition our engineers are happy to provide final commissioning and on-going maintenance, and we offer a comprehensive stock holding of standard or critical spares.
