Heated Gas Sampling Probe with Cut-off Valve
Apr 18 2012
The heated gas sampling probe JES 301E1SVZ from JCT Analysentechnik (Austria) is designed for continuous use with extractive sampling systems in Zone 1 or 2. It comprises a cut-off valve which allows to shut off the gas flow on the raw-gas side. So this heated gas sample probe can also be installed for over pressure processes or where the sample contains dust and aerosols. JCT´s heated hose series JH can be easily connected to the JES 301E1SVZ by a movable PG42 fastening screw.
The operating temperature of 120°C is regulated by a maintenance free PTC heater. A ceramic filter element with a filter porosity of 2 micron ensures that the gas passes the heated hose free of dust particles. The filter can be replaced easily without any tools while the heated hose stays connected.
The heated gas sampling probe JES 301E1SVZ is extremely robust to provide many years of operation in harsh environment. Typical applications can be found in chemical and petrochemical industry.
A broad range of different materials for In-situ probe tubes and large In-situ-pre filters make the JES 301E1SVZ versatile in application.
