New Laser Gas Analyser for Online Environmental Monitoring

Jul 08 2016

Based on unique tunable diode laser absorption spectrum technology, Hangzhou Zetian Technology Co., Ltd. (China) has designed and developed the LGT series laser gas analyser for online industrial analysis and online environmental monitoring, with different sampling options including in-situ, extractive, rack-mounted type etc.

LGT-100 is a flameproof in-situ type analyser capable of analysing O2, CO, NH3, CO2, CH4, H2O, HCl, HF and other gases in various and complex conditions. The LGT-100 laser gas analyser can be directly installed across stack, with the advantages of uncomplicated sampling, no pre-treatment system, simple construction and no moving parts. The analyser’s OLED screen benefits from low power consumption, a wide viewing angle and excellent low temperature resistance – it can display properly even at -40C. Also, the highly-sensitive Hall brand button quickly responds to magnetic pen operation.

In addition, LGT-100 also has the following advantages:

A) In-situ installation with real-time measurement

B) no interference from background gas and dust

C) automatic compensation of temperature and pressure

D) easy optical path alignment with XY direction non-coupling adjustment tools (Patented)

E) and easy maintenance: modular design enables the laser to be replaced on site if damaged.
